Since 1997 we have been investing in VIDEO/check-Systems
VVC 100.
Along with the application of continual further
training of our team.
Series production parts in various forms are measured with
the precision of +/-0,01 mm in the following criteria:
Length, diameter, counter-boring-indents, thread-defects
(by screws and nuts, only yes/no criteria) cavities, outlines
and formal - defects and errors.

Contact Free Measuring with CCD-Matrix-Cameras
The images and procedures are computer controlled,
processed and evaluated.
On request, it's possible
to have your process documented.
Our machines are appropriately fitted with "bunker vats".
In order to cope with trouble free smooth mass productions runs.
This is succeeded at the end of the test process by the
automatic filling of
containers/cartons assisted by "Part
batch classification"
